Welcome Alumni & Friends

It is with great pleasure that I introduce to you the new and updated Saint Mary’s Institute Alumni website.  I hope the new features will be helpful and open up the lines of communication between all of us.

February 2010

From the SMI Alumni Desk:

As I wrap up the current 2009 Alumni Newsletter, I’m sitting at my desk reflecting back on my first year flying solo with this newsletter.  Then I realized that I have not actually been working on this endeavor alone, but have had help from many SMI Alumni, Bishop Scully Alumni and just friends of SMI that have contacted me either by letter, email or telephone with loads of information.  I sincerely appreciated your input, updates and enjoyed conversations regarding the Alumnae and our school.

Due to these communications, I am happy to say that forty-five “Lost Alumni” have been found.  The list still remains long and it is still one of my goals to locate all the ones that are still considered lost among our Saint Mary’s Institute’s community.

I welcomed all news that our SMI Alumni may want to share and any suggestions as to what you, the SMI Alumni readers may want to see in upcoming yearly issues of your Newsletter.  I also would like to welcome former Bishop Scully graduates to contact me with news that they would like to share on our Bishop Scully Corner News page of our Newsletter and become part of Newsletter mailing list.  It is such a great way to stay in contact with friends you may grown up with and stay informed on all the benefits a Catholic Education can provide to God’s children.

                                                                                    Sincerely,

                                                                                    Jeanette Constantine
